Motionally Vulnerable Youth Preparing for Independence, Helpless Against Fraud

Young adults preparing for independence are vulnerable to emotional challenges and legal fraud, compounded by a shortage of support staff. In some cases, one counselor is responsible for up to 90 youths, making effective assistance difficult. The legal community emphasizes the need for ‘accompanying legal services’ that go beyond simple counseling to support young people in their daily lives.
