Do-hyung Kwon confirmed coming to South Korea, Victims "start from seizing the assets"

With the extradition of Terraform Labs CEO Do-hyung Kwon, a key figure in the crash of South Korean cryptocurrencies Tera and Luna, to South Korea, the prosecution's investigation is gaining momentum. One of the biggest concerns is whether the process of finding the full amount of Kwon's hidden cryptocurrency proceeds will be smooth. Ohoon Kwon, partner attorney at Cha & Kwon Law Offices says, "If you have money in your own account or moved it to another account, you can freeze it, but coins are not like that. It's a wallet on the blockchain somewhere," he said, adding, "I think most of the assets are virtualized, so even if they are subject to seizure, it's doubtful that they can find and freeze them."
