Korbit Relists Paycoin Amidst Global Expansion Plans
Korbit, a Korean crypto exchange, is relisting Paycoin (064260) after its delisting from major Korean exchanges last year. The move comes with Paycoin's shift in business model following discontinuation of domestic payment services. Korbit cites demand from over 3 million domestic Paycoin holders for the relisting. Despite inability to provide local payment services, Paycoin remains competitive globally. The relisting coincides with Paycoin's expansion into global payment markets, starting with Singapore and plans for Dubai. Last year, Paycoin faced delisting due to regulatory compliance issues in Korea.
